Vendor Application

Please, complete this application and submit it no later than September 30th, 2019.

Please note that Magical Market reserves the right to deny any application if the business's products or services are not appropriate for a family-friendly event.

The Magical Market is an annual fundraising event. This year's festival will be held in Logan Utah on October 11th and 12th. There will be food, games, crafts, shopping, and fun for witches and wizards of all ages. Last year's festival had 1,200 visitors. We are hoping for 2,000 this year. 

By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

  • Vending for both days Friday, October 11th and Saturday, October 12th

  • Being setup for by 4 pm on Friday, October 11th and 12pm on Saturday, October 12th (items may be left set up overnight at your own risk. Building will be locked overnight.) Magical Market and the River woods Conference Center will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  • Selling items only appropriate for a family-friendly event.

Friday, October 11th, 4:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday, October 12th, 12:00pm-8:00pm

Booth Fees: (covers both days of the festival)

$80-$100 (table is provided in cost, pipe and drape are an additional $40)

Applications will be reviewed on a first come-first serve basis. Preference will be given to Magical Market (Harry Potter) related vendors. Should your application be accepted, you will be billed for the space fee which will be required to be paid withing 7 days of application acceptance. If payment is not made, the space(s) will be released to other applicants.
